FAQs

Sure thing! We specialize in servicing bikes that are sold at bicycle shops. If your bike fits that bill, you can count on us for top-notch service. If you're not sure where your bike falls, or if it was purchased elsewhere, just ring us up. We're here to figure things out together!

Need a quick bike fix? Check our list of same-day repair services HERE before making an appointment. For these select repairs, drop by anytime — no booking necessary!

Typically within 24-48 hours if we do not need to order parts. If we don't have what we need to make the repair, we'll give you an ETA on when the repair will be completed.

For liability and insurance purposes, we only provide service for ebikes from the brands we offer or those with Shimano, Trek, TQ or Bosch eBike systems that are sold in bike shops. If you have an eBike from a different brand that is not sold in bike shops and does not have the aforementioned systems, kindly contact us beforehand to confirm if we can work on it before scheduling any service, including flat tire repairs, gear adjustments, or any other service.

It's best to service your bike at least once a year, but for those who ride frequently (like 2+ hours a week), every 3 to 4 months is ideal. This approach is generally more cost-effective than a major annual service and helps spread out expenses. Additionally, if your bike starts behaving oddly or making unusual sounds, it's wise to get it checked out promptly. Early detection can often save you from pricier repairs later.

Ideally we'd prefer the bikes dropped off the day before your appointment, although we do accept bikes between 9:00AM - 10AM the day of your appointment.

If you need to drop off or pickup your bike earlier in the morning or after we
close, please call during shop hours or email us, and we can arrange a
convenient time to meet you.
