Maintenance Schedule for Suspension

For optimal performance and longevity of your mountain bike suspension, we advise adhering to the following maintenance schedule:

After Every Ride:
Gently clean the exterior with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft towel.

Regularly:
Check sag and damper settings. Examine the suspension for any visible damage and ensure all controls are functioning correctly.

Every 100 Hours or Annually:
Conduct a comprehensive fork service, which includes a full internal and external inspection, damper rebuild, air spring rebuild, and replacement of bath oil and wipers.

For those who frequently ride in harsh conditions—such as extremely wet/muddy or dry/dusty environments, or engage in lift-accessed downhill, park riding, or freestyle—we recommend performing maintenance more frequently than suggested.
